Royal Saini is the founder and CEO of Biz Convention LLP based in India. Born in Delhi in 1981. Royal Saini embarked his entrepreneurial journey around the age of 21 in 2002. Under his leadership, the parent group, the Excellency Group of Companies, has expanded into real estate, hospitality, FMCG, IT and education across India, UAE and Thailand. The Biz Convention that he founded focuses on bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners and investors through large-scale summits, startup pitch-festivals and networking platforms designed to help businesses scale.
